Ed Mylett has a great saying: “I’ve been happy broke and I’ve been happy rich, and I’d rather be happy rich.” I couldn’t agree more! And yes, so many people do things like purchase a home way too soon, as they see it as an “investment”, and they dump all of their income into the house, leaving no money left to actually invest and build wealth-it drives me crazy!
