Hey Kyle, that's great! Economic downturns can be an awesome time to acquire assets at a reasonable price, so the cash reserves are good to have. Re: funds-totally depends on the target fund. Vangaurd has funds w/low expense ratios, but that's not the case with other financial institutions, that's for sure!
