My intent for showing my account balance was to demonstrate that I do in fact have capital invested on the platform; I've included an aggregate of their total returns, as I felt that was more useful, as I've used the platform since 2019, and it's much better (in my opinion) to include a longer period of time/aggregate, as that accounts for bull/bear markets. To answer your question, I'm invested in three aspects of the platform:

1.) Growth Real Estate: My average net return has been 10.8%, from 2019-last year.

2.) Income Real Estate: 7.6% average net return from 2019-last year.

3.) Fundrise enables users to invest in their IPO-my shares have increased in value by 25.4%
