Navigating the Worst Job Market I’ve Ever Seen

And just like that — I’m back!

At least, for now, ha!

After leaving the OEM space that taught me SO much over the past 11 years, I feel compelled to try and offer as much help to those that are either

  1. Wanting to leave their current job
  2. Have no choice but to find a new gig, as they’ve been caught up in a mass layoff (if this is you, you’re most likely in tech).

Firstly, if you’re in the second category, I’m so sorry — but I’m also elated, because I know that you’ll ultimately land where you are supposed to be.

Always remember that rejection is protection, even if it really stinks in the moment.

Secondly — If there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that job hunting right now feels like a game of musical chairs — except the chairs are on fire, and the music stopped months ago, ha!

This job market is absolutely brutal.

But you’re tough, and you’ll be okay. Let’s talk about how you can navigate this chaos while remaining sane.
